Include an order number if you have one. It is the fastest way to get a useful answer rather than a request for more detail.
What to include
- About an order: the order number and the email it was placed with.
- About sizing: the product, and your chest measurement taken flat across the garment you already wear.
- About a department order: the agency or unit, roughly how many pieces, and any deadline you are working to.
- About custom artwork: the file itself, in the highest quality you have. A screenshot of a logo cannot be printed cleanly.
Official patches, badges and agency insignia are printed only with written authorization from the agency.
