Every message gets its own case number and is read by the people who run the company. There is no bot in front of it.
- About an order: add the order number and use the email the order was placed with, so we can match it.
- A return or exchange: which item, and what size you need instead or what is wrong with it.
- Something arrived wrong or damaged: say what happened. We will ask for a photo by email if it helps.
- A department or bulk order: the quote form asks for everything we need.
You get an email with your case number right away. Reply to that email to add anything; it goes straight into the same case.
