Returns and exchanges.

• Unworn and unwashed, within 60 days. Once a garment has been worn or washed we cannot take it back, and that is the whole of the condition.
• Size exchanges are free. Ordered a large and needed an extra large, we swap it.
• Custom and department work is different. Anything printed with your agency's artwork is made for you and cannot be resold, so it is checked at the proof stage instead. Nothing prints until you sign off on the proof.
• Something arrived wrong or damaged — wrong item, wrong size in the box, a fault in the print — tell us and we fix it. That is not a return, it is our mistake.

Anything not covered above, including return postage and how a refund comes back to you, is not written here yet because it has not been decided. Ask and you will get a straight answer rather than a policy invented on the spot.
