What we collect, what we do not, and what you can ask for.
Last updated September 2026.
What we collect, and when
- When you place an order: your name, email, phone number if you give one, shipping address, what you ordered, and any personalization you type (a name, a number, instructions).
- When you look up an order: the order number and email you type, only to find the order. The lookup shows the order's progress and never shows your name, address or email back.
- When you ask for a custom quote: your name, department or unit, email, and what you tell us about the order.
- When you join the list: your email and the page you signed up from.
What we do not collect
- No card or bank details. Online payment is not connected. Orders are confirmed with you by email and payment is arranged there.
- No advertising trackers or analytics. The site does not run them.
What stays in your browser
Your cart and the items you save with the heart are kept in your own browser so they are there when you come back. They are not sent to us unless you place an order.
How it is used
- To make and ship your order, to answer your questions and quote requests, and to tell you about your order.
- List emails are used only for Brotherhood Supplies news: new drops and releases.
- We do not sell or rent your information.
Where it is kept
Orders, requests and the list are stored with Amazon Web Services in the United States. To stop abuse of the order and lookup forms, your connection's IP address is counted for a few minutes and then deleted automatically.
Some pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser asks Google's servers for them.
Your choices
Write to us to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to be taken off the list, or to have it deleted. Order records we need for the sale itself may be kept as long as the law requires.
Anything not covered here has not been decided yet. Ask and you will get a straight answer.
